This year, the congress aims to address the latest scientific advancements, innovative approaches, and sustainable solutions in the field of sports and exercise nutrition. With the theme of “Bringing science and practice together”, this event brings together academics, dietitians, health professionals, sports professionals and students and provides a unique platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Registration cancellation requests must be notified to DMR Congress Organization in writing.
  • Until April 15, 2025, cancellation requests will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
  • After April 15, 2025, no refund will be made for cancellations.
  • All refunds will be made after the congress.

Abstract Submission

  1. Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website using the online abstract submission form.
  2. Acceptance or rejection letters will be sent to authors after a double-blind peer review process.
  3. Authors presenting oral abstracts must register as participants.
  4. Abstracts must be submitted in both Turkish and English.
  5. General rules for abstracts:

 

  • The word count for abstracts must be between 150 and 1,000 words.
  • Abstracts must be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • The full names and affiliations of all authors, as well as the corresponding author’s email address, must be included in the abstract.
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • 3-5 keywords must be included at the end of the abstract.
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full forms must be provided in parentheses.
  • Abstracts that do not comply with any of these rules will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of their content..

  1. Abstracts must follow a structured format including Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion sections.
  2. If necessary, financial disclosures and funding sources should be added at the end of the abstract.
